This policy explains how we handle the personal data you give us through learningpark.io and the data we obtain when you visit it.
Who is responsible

What data we process, why, and on what legal basis
- Contact and demo request forms. Your name, email address, company, phone number and the message you send us. We use them to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a demo, a trial account or a proposal. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in answering them (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Browsing. If you accept analytics cookies, we measure how the site is used with Google Analytics, Hotjar and Mixpanel. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). See the cookie policy for details.
- Spam protection. Google reCAPTCHA analyses how you use the forms to tell people from bots. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not make automated decisions about you or build profiles with legal effects.
How long we keep them
Form data, for as long as needed to handle your request or while we have a relationship with you and, afterwards, restricted for the limitation periods of any liabilities that may arise. Cookie data, for the periods stated in the cookie policy.
Who else processes them
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. These service providers process it on our behalf:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): website hosting.
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC: email (Google Workspace), Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA.
- Mailgun Technologies, Inc. (United States): sending form submissions by email.
- Hotjar Ltd. (Malta): analysis of site usage.
- Mixpanel, Inc. (United States): analysis of site usage.
If you accept their cookies, YouTube (videos) and ShareThis (share buttons) process your data as independent controllers, under their own privacy policies.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based in the United States (Google LLC, Mailgun, Mixpanel and ShareThis). These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, ask us to restrict it, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior processing. Write to hola@bezeppelean.com stating which right you want to exercise; if needed, we will ask you to prove your identity. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections, restricted access and backups.
Children
The site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest review.
